— More Than 30 days+ Prior To Event:  100% of original entry fee paid will be transferred as a credit to a future Event occurring during the current season. Or a refund (minus any payment method fees) will be refunded by way of payment. Requests must be submitted via Email to DriftColroado@gmail.com Subject: Event X refund

 

— 10 Days – 30 Days Prior To Event:  100% of original Driver entry fee (no spectator refunds given under 30 days) paid will be transferred as a credit to a future Event occurring during the current season.   OR 50% refunded via payment method

 

— Less Than 10 Days Prior To Event:  50% of original Driver entry fee paid will be transferred as a credit to a future Event occurring during the current season Due to final race preparation, Venue costs, race expenditures, and organization costs to provide the best possible event to registrants, we cannot grant refunds 10 days prior to the start of the event.

 

— Day of the event: Once you have Checked In at the registration table for the event, there will be NO Refunds and NO transfers of entry fee—  NO refunds if email is not received prior to event start.

• All refund or transfer requests must be made be submitted via DriftColorado@gmail.com Subject: Event “X” refund 

• All refunds are credited back to the credit card used on the original transaction; however, refunds do not included online processing fees.

• Participants requesting a race transfer will be emailed a coupon code to sign up for a future event of their choice during the current season.

— Transfer Your Fee to Another Person For The Same Event: Should a participant want to transfer their entry to another person for the same event, they may do so the day of the event at the registration table.  Door card and Number fees are still applicable to the Transferred Driver.

 

Event cancellation: In the event of “force Majeure” A Credit will be applied to the Makeup event.  All refunds rules will be in effect based on the new date of the event.

 

Drift Colorado, Ltd reserves the right to cancel your event entry at anytime at our discretion. Please read the Rules and Conduct page regarding reasons for registration cancelation.
